Game Room is cool but....

I just don't get it. You can make your own rooms with arcades, and others can play them. Are these games free for them? Am I the only one paying? What are these metals? And levels? I'm confused. If I get more time, I may look into it but right now i'm in the thick of Prince of Persia and buying bad cheap games (Alone in the Dark, Just Cause) to see if they truly are that bad. I mean c'mon, if a game is 4$, you pretty much have to buy it, right?

Good game, lazy tiles!

I've just started really getting into Prince of Persia. It's a fun a game. The basic premise is you have to go to corrupted regions, beat the boss and then free it. Once the area is free these things called light seeds appear. You need to collect a certain amount in order to gain new powers so you can visit new regions. My only big complaint so far is those god damned achievement tiles. They're all the same! And what's worse, the PS3 trophies for this game actually have different tiles for the trophies. I don't understand this and it frustrates me. On the bright side, I guess I won't to put up many pictures.


I also played a bit of N+. It's a platformer on Xbox Live Arcade and let me tell you, it gets hard after a while. I played it casually on a friend's console, so we'll see if I eventually get it or not.

I know I said this game was pretty hard. But if you take your time during the first episode, you can get this without much hassle.

Aaargh!!! Mega Man!!!

I'm trying to go through all the MegaMan games but man, I am losing it!!! I'm not even done the first game and I want to quit. But, I can't just wuss out, I have to do this. I plan on making a review once i'm finished (who knows when that will happen) but until then, these games will be the bane of my existence.

I am playing 360 games still. Here's a couple games that i've played during the week.

Lots of games, not a lot of achievements

I've been jumping around to a lot of games lately. I'm in some kind of a weird gaming recession and I'm having a hard time sticking to one game. It must be because my mind has been on school and trying to get my stage (which by the way, mission accomplished!). Anyway, the hardest part is done and in the next while I should be able to put up some more achievements. In the meantime, enjoy the cluster of varied games and achievements I have unlocked within the last week.

MIDNIGHT RIDER - 20G - Survive the Dark Carnival campaign
Story, finish Dark Carnival. Done!




GONG SHOW - 15G - Prove you are stronger than Moustachio
You gotta get high on adrenaline and then smash the machine to hit the bell and then boo boop (that was supposed to be the achievement unlocked sound)



A RIDE DENIED - 15G - Kill a Jockey within 2 seconds of it jumping on a Survivor
Why are the achievements yelling at me? Geez, dial it down a bit! I just got this magically without trying.















Thanks a million - 30G - Complete Arkham Bonus level
This is one of two bonus levels you get in the game. You get this after getting Super-Villain in all Villain mission. It wasn't that hard since there were way more then the 1 million studs you have to get.


Shot to the goon - 20G - Defeat 8 goons in 8 seconds
I don't remember if I shot or beat up these guys.




Is it a bird? Is it a plane? - 10G - Glide for 9 seconds
I'm sure i've glided for longer in other parts. But there is one section where this works, so I guess you have to do it there.



Super Builder - 20G - Build 50 LEGO buid-its
Despite having built hundreds and hundreds of Lego build its, I only got it now.


















Mayhem Maker - 10G - You've caused mayhem during the Prelude
Aw, isn't the Overlord so cute as a kid! He's going to grow up to be the master of all evil.

I crush a whole squad of Romans, very satisfying!

I Cannot!!!

I just can't play Call of Duty 3 anymore! It's bland, I feel like I've played this game 600 times and I'm stuck at a part that is so badly done I feel like screaming. I sent it back to gameaccess, maybe one day I'll play it again if I'm desperate for achievements but not now. I'd rather play Lego Batman which is much more fun. I don't even really mind having to do it all over again since it was so fun. Sure, I probably won't do that anytime soon since I have so many other games to 100%, but it will definitely be on my list.

This crocodile is more cute then threatening! He goes around biting bad guys and breaking stuff.

The Richest Man in Gotham - 40G - Max out the stud counter

We bought all the multipliers so now we get ridiculous amounts of money every level. We made it to 4 000 000 000, which is the max the counter can go up to.
